“You are guilty of trespassing. That much is obvious.” He turned to the guard. “Lt. Banks, take them down to the cells. Make sure they are looked after, but make sure they realise the full extent of what they have done.”
The Rock is a prison planet run by the ruthless Governer Wainwright who has control over most of the Rock's sector of space.
Holly and Lilly are arrested and imprisoned in Theta-Spike along with sixteen-year-old Zia Smith and the yellow, toad-like creature, Shrall - a terrorist.
And there is no escape for them.
Meanwhile the Doctor meets husband and wife, Ziggy and Nao, along with their android assistant T23, as they plan on busting Zia, Holly and Lilly out of the spike.
